Risteard Crimmins

Risteard Crimmins qualified as a Solicitor in 1982 and is a native of Newmarket-on-Fergus.   He is a son of Padraig Crimmins, retired Principal of Newmarket-on-Fergus Boys National School and Martha Crimmins.    He has four brothers who live and work in County Clare.

Risteard Crimmins has been based in Shannon as a Solicitor since 1985.   Risteard has been involved in many local groups and clubs to include the Lions Club, Shannon and District Chamber of Commerce and Tulla Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann. Risteard has a special interest in the environment and during his time in Shannon he was instrumental in obtaining the dedication of a large area of land in the vicinity of Ballycasey House for the planting of broad leaf wood now called Lara’s Wood. That planting was completed in 1989 and now represents a significant amenity for the residents of the town of Shannon. He was also very much involved in various tree planting initiatives with the Primary Schools, and in particular St. Conaire’s and St. Tola’s National Schools.

Risteard has dealt with a broad base of clients within the town of Shannon and its environs and has developed a wide range of expertise over the years in such areas of residential development and conveyancing, wills/probate/estates/family law and commercial developments/conveyancing.
